Yash Technologies Recruitment Eligibility Criteria :
Job Description
- Monitor Cloud infrastructure and backup.
- Validate new VMs as per delivery checklist.
- Acknowledge incident tickets and assign them to the support team.
- Understand overall operations management of infrastructure and applications, tools/technologies for monitoring and logging solutions, and mapping operations with change and release management.
- Implement monitoring and logging solutions using different tools under supervision of SME, and create monitoring dashboards for infrastructure components and applications.
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of MS Excel (Graphs/creating/modifying) and the Incident Management Process/lifecycle.
- Able to create incidents if needed and perform incident ticket validation for proper information.
Eligibility
- Track knowledge transition activities such as Project specific KT, application KT etc.
- Extract relevant information from the knowledge management repository.
Technology/ Platform Knowledge:
- Awareness of technology product/platform standards and specifications.
- Implement code or configure/customize products with assistance from SME.
- Create code that adheres to the low-level design and requirements and independently work on simple modules.
